How do I get a booking number?


To purchase a  Booking Number for a double or twin room email us and we will contact you at a given telephone number at a time of your convenience.  Also enquire about Our Annual Membership.


On purchase and receipt of your Booking Number all you need to pay for is Breakfast and Dinner directly to your chosen hotel  each night you reserve, saving you a substantial amount of the full rate on your Hotel Break.



What are the advantages?

Your purchased booking number entitles two people sharing to a double or twin bedroom for the number of nights requested with the facilities of the Hotel at your disposal. As in terms and conditions to avail of this promotion customers pay their chosen hotel directly the agreed rate as published on our website which includes breakfast and evening dinner on all nights booked.


Can we stay just one or two nights if we want?

Yes.  You decide the length of time you want to stay.


How do I book my break?

Do not contact the hotel directly as this can invalidate your Booking Number.  Fill in the BOOK NOW tab and we will handle your booking and call you back.


What is the Cancellation Policy?

48 hours before travel - no cost.


How good are the Hotels?

All hotels  are of the highest standards - 4 star and 3 star hotels.  Many with leisure Centres, Spas, Saunas, Steam Room, Gyms, etc.


Do we have to eat in the hotels?


It is a condition that you pay the breakfast and dinner rate as displayed beside each hotel on our website.  That exceptional rate is payable per person per night directly to the hotel.  All hotels having quality Restaurants with superb meals, many specialising in the local produce of the region.


How much are the rates including meals in the hotels?

Prices vary from on your choice of hotel and can be viewed on our website in hotel section.  They include Breakfast and Dinner.


How long is the Holiday valid for?

At the time of purchase you the customer and Dine in Hotels will have agreed a use by date.


We have children?

Most Hotels within the promotion allow two children under the age of 4 stay only paying for food as requested when sharing with the two adults.

Otherwise you will be notified of charges for children depending on their ages..


We require wheelchair access?

Our Hotels are more than happy to help.  Please email this request to Dine-In Hotels.


I need inter-connecting rooms?

This is not covered in a booking.  An extra cost will apply on request at booking.  However hotels will accommodate two adjacent rooms where possible on request.


Does single supplement apply?

Dine in Hotels Bookings are for two adults sharing.  If travelling on your own, a single supplement applies.  This varies depending on your choice of hotel.


I would like an upgrade?

Your Dine in Hotels booking does not cover this, but most hotels would accommodate your request at an extra cost to you.
